I'm excited to invite you to our special Come and Try Week at the Crafers Institute Hall on Monday, November 4th & Tara Hall, Magill on Thursday, November 7th.

All classes are just $5! Plus, if you join me for a class, you'll receive a $10 voucher to use toward your next class or package.

Pilates Method:

 

In this signature class, I'll guide you through the traditional six principles of Pilates, emphasising alignment, breath, and control. This method provides a strong foundation in Pilates that will benefit you in all forms of movement and fitness. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, my goal is to ensure you feel safe, challenged, and in control.

 

Vinyasa Yoga:

 

Join me for a Vinyasa Yoga class where we'll flow through postures while connecting movement with breath. Grounded in yoga philosophy, this practice encourages self-reflection and holistic healing. Each class is designed to foster mindfulness, inviting you to explore your inner self while cultivating strength and flexibility.
