21 Day Yoga Challenge

21 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE DETAILS - Commencing 21 January

This 21-day yoga challenge is for you if:

​

✅ You want to make the practice of yoga a habit

✅ You are a beginner, and have no idea where to start

✅You want to learn yoga with good technique, to get the most out of your body and prevent injury

✅ You are time poor but are committed to carving out 10 – 20 minutes each day

​

Aimed at the time poor, and absolute beginners who are looking to make yoga practice a habit. This challenge will take you through 21 days of yoga one day a time - one pose at a time, highlighting technique and practice of some of the most common yoga poses. You will also learn in detail (with options and modifications) sun salutations A and C, yoga breath, mindfulness meditation, and some strength and preparation for some of the more challenging poses.

It takes 21 days to form a habit, and at the end of this 21 days you will feel confident and well-equipped to tackle your first full yoga class and take advantage of my many free yoga classes on my channel.

 

For completing the yoga challenge, you will go into the prize draw to receive a FREE 1-hour private yoga lesson with me. This will be a great opportunity to clarify any yoga questions you may have, or to learn something new!

 

If you were always wanting to make yoga a regular practice, this is an easy way to stay motivated and learn great technique. I look forward to seeing you in the challenge!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 21 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE:

This competition is open to anyone that completes the 21 Day Challenge over 21 days. The prize is a 1 hour private yoga session with Alli from Aspire to Wellbeing via Zoom. To be eligible you will need to complete the following:

​

✅ Participate in the video for that day

✅ Like and comment on the video

✅ Subscribe to Aspire to Wellbeing with Yoga on YouTube

✅ Email me at the end of your 21 days with your YT username so I can enter you in the draw.

 

Completion of the 21 Day Challenge will give you 3 entries to the competition!!

1 additional entry will be given for following Aspire to Wellbeing Facebook and Instagram - Include your username/handle in your email

1 additional entry will be given for sharing the 21 Day Challenge on your socials (tag @aspiretowellbeing in your post or story)

You will be entered into the prize draw for the month in which you completed the challenge.

Winners will be drawn the first day of the month and will be notified by email.

The winner will also be announced on Facebook and Instagram Stories
