Personal Training is specifically tailored to support your individual goals. A variety of fitness modalities are utilised including weight training, Hiit, bodyweight and pilates to keep you challenged and motivated. Available in person at the studio, or online via zoom. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy offers flexibility while ensuring that each valuable mat spot can be utilised by someone else.  You can cancel your booking free of charge: - up to 4 hours before an afternoon/evening class, or - up to 12 hours before a morning class Cancellations made beyond this timeframe will result in the loss of the class. We kindly request our community's assistance by committing to arrive punctually. A focussed beginning sets the tone for a productive session – benefiting you, your peers, and our dedicated teachers.  We also urge you to think of others and kindly cancel your class online if you're unable to attend. By cancelling, you graciously offer your spot in class to another individual. It's a tangible and meaningful expression of "holding space" for someone else's development. Thank you for your support and understanding.
